TTM NoXygen® and pump expansion
In systems with pump expansion, TTM recommends that you install a TTM Offset equalisation tank adjacent to the pump expansion. TTM Offset helps equalise the pressure variations caused by temperature changes in the system fluid, leading to calmer and more beneficial operation for the pump expansion. System fluid treated with TTM NoXygen® is free of air and gases that cause operational disruption. As well as promoting corrosion and causing operational disruption, air and gas lead to air pockets in radiators and other parts of the system. When these air pockets disappear after degassing, a homogeneous corrosion-free and optimised energy carrier is created, which no longer releases gases when there are pressure variations in the system.
