Flexibele shunt voor verwarming en koeling
Shuntopac® warmtewisselaarshunts voor verwarming of koeling worden gebruikt in systemen waar verschillende media, drukken en temperaturen in primaire en secundaire circuits hydraulisch gescheiden moeten worden. Specifieke toepassingen zijn onder meer voorzieningen voor grondverwarming.
Shuntopac® 20-200 UX zijn leverbaar met aansluitmaten van DN 20 tot en met DN 200 en worden geleverd met elk circuit en wisselaar gedimensioneerd voor de stroomsterkte.
De shuntgroep kan worden uitgerust met een aantal componenten van elk merk en in een aantal shuntkoppelingen.
De wisselaar is onderhoudsvriendelijk gemonteerd aan de voorzijde van de shuntgroep, die overigens voor elke shuntgroep is uitgevoerd zoals beschreven.
Shuntopac® 20-200 UX is CE-gemarkeerd in overeenstemming met de verklaring van de fabrikant 2B volgens de Machinerichtlijn.
De shuntgroep is ecologisch beoordeeld.
Equipment
1. Control valve
Seat valve with flange or threaded connection of any make and type. The valve is fitted into a flanged joint to facilitate maintenance and replacement.
2. Adjusting valves
2 pcs of optional manufacture and dimension.
Fitted to the pipe mixing loop with flange joints TA STAD is delivered as standard. Also available with dynamic balancing valve, flow regulators or difference pressure regulators.
3. Shut-off valves
2 pcs butterfly valves dimensioned to work as end valves if the shunt group is removed from the system. Mounted in the pipe mixing loop with flange joints.
4. Test sockets
Type TA STAD are attached on each connection.
5. Pump
Optional manufacture and type with “wet” or “dry” motor.
6. Drainage
Design with screwed hose joint R 1/2”.
7. Thermometers
4 pcs graduated 0-120 °C. Mounted in thermowells
6. Heat exchanger
Soldered heat exchanger of any make and type. As standard, the heat exchanger is manufactured by Swep.
Special design
- Pipe mixing loop made of e.g., copper or stainless steel of the desired quality.
Anti-corrosive painted pipe mixing loop, e.g. epoxy enamelled.

TTM Shuntopac ® 20 -200 UX differential pressure measurement
All outside valves on the TTM Shuntopac® U 20-50 V are provided with test sockets, allowing complete differential pressure measurement.

Simonsland in Borås
Wanneer Kanico een nieuwe wijk in Borås ontwikkelt, is TTM verantwoordelijk voor de shuntgroepen in de HVAC-systemen. Het gebied heet Simonsland en omvat 60.000 vierkante meter aan gebouwen.
Operagebouw Kopenhagen
Het Operahuis van Kopenhagen heeft een oppervlakte van 41.000 vierkante meter, 14 verdiepingen, met 6 podia, een hoofdpodium voor ongeveer 1.500 toeschouwers en 5 podia voor repetities en voorbereidingen.
Kantoorgebouw in Solna
NCC bouwt zijn nieuwe hoofdkantoor op Järva Krog in Solna. Het nieuwe hoofdkantoor zal strategisch gelegen zijn op een gemakkelijk bereikbare locatie dicht bij de E4-snelweg.
